Shipping policy

This English translation is provided for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.

Shipping and delivery

We sell digital products only (tuning licence codes). No physical goods are shipped, so there are no shipping costs.

The licence code is delivered together with step-by-step instructions by email to the email address provided when ordering.

Card payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, eps and Klarna: usually within one hour of payment being received.
Bank transfer: once the payment has been received and allocated, usually within one working day.

At the latest, the code is provided within one working day of payment being received (see terms and conditions, section 7).

We currently deliver to Austria and Germany.
